What do you use to Whiten your teeth??

I'm just brushing my teeth 3 times a day to remain the whiteness of my teeth but sometimes I'm going to a clinic for a cleaning.

Brushing them 3 times a day is very essential but as I often don't have enough time I do it at least two times a day. It is important how you do it and how long of course.
