Glycerin and remineralization
Hi,
After having some bouts of acid reflux into my mouth (which I have now controlled), I have done some damage to my teeth. I started using Dr. Collins Restore toothpaste, but after further research found that glycerin should be avoided because it inhibits re-mineralization. I have since bought some tooth soap + tooth swish, however I found that my chewing gum also contains glycerin. Should I stop using this chewing gum as well? If I am using tooth swish after every meal, do I really need to chew chewing gum? Thanks in advance. |

RE: Glycerin and remineralization
Try using natural gums. Otherwise its nothing like you should use chewing gum.
