Is it any good or even better than traditional manual brushes?

What are the exact benefits anyway?

Are electric toothbrushes really that good?? Wont they scrape the enamel off you teeth if they are too strong?? I would like to know more about this.

I think manual brushes better for you r teeth.

Maybe brushes are important but other things as chech ups etc also matter. Flossing and brushing is just a part of the care ceremony I think. I also think that whitening and fillings make our teeth cared about. I can afford a personal care but other things are up to my dentalpoland clinic and they care about my teeth the way I imagined

Electric toothbrushes are something which can be used for some temporary reasons but not all the
time as it is not effective as that of manual brushes.It dose not reach all parts of the mouth,and
it is advisable to use manual brushes for better results..

I have used an electric for years and I can say that from what I have researched they do give you teeth a slightly better clean than a manual brush. The reason for this is that most people are not very good at brushing with a manual brush, and either miss most parts or brush too heavily and cause gum erosion.

An electric brush uses small oscillations which is perfect for the teeth and gums.

However bear in mind an electric tooth brush alone is not all you need as a large of plaque is still left in the interproximal spaces spaces between teeth and even an electric brush wont get there, so what I use is an inter-proximal brush also, that is small and work in flicking manner where teeth join and this removes a substantial amount of plaque.

If you hold the electric toothbrush like a pencil and let it do a majority of the work for you, you shouldn't have any problem with it being too abrasive.
