Brush your teeth and floss if you are used to it. Boil some water and leave it for a few seconds. Plunge the mouthpiece in the water holding it there for not more than 5 seconds.

What sort of products? There are millions of products for teeth whitening. There are even non-product ways too! So tell us more about the products you have used.
