I agree that dentists are the only ones who can properly clean stained teeth> I always use my clinic, as I have tried all the possible strips and gels etc, and it helps for a very short time so I prefer to pay. I have a good clinic here. If you want I can you you some hints as I paid 135 pounds for whitening and then additional 80 pounds for two fillings. That was very cheap and I huess I will stay with dentalpoland for longer now.ClinicGirl

as I said before...Teeth can't be a way to save. Lemon is nice but salt isn't that is why i prefer to pay a bit and have it done properly and visit my dentist...and when it comes to gums , they may get irritated, so whitening at a clinic may be the most effective...

I have found a great teeth whitener that works great. I have tried the Crest white strips and a couple others but by far I have gotten the best results with this product. The only reason I tried it was because they offered a free trial.

Brushing daily two times is a good suggestion....
Also usage of tooth paste with calcium,will give a good result
