Loose teeth from gum abcesses
Hey, I have a abcess on my gum in my upper jaw, the gums around the tooth have become swolen and red, and now my teeth apear to be loosening. I am taking anti-biotics and what I wanted to know is...Will the teeth continue to be loose even after the abcess is cured, or are they certain to fall out?
thanks, Chris. |

RE: Loose teeth from gum abcesses
go to the dentist to have abcesses treated, take the xray film to see the size and the position, to predict how serious it is.
in general, the teeth are loose or to fall out when the ligaments around the root are loose because of the inflammation, abcesses or force on that. ur teeth will be loose or not, it depends on how damaged are your ligaments. fix the abcesses soon n take care of the gum health |

RE: Loose teeth from gum abcesses
When the abcesses is cured, the gum will tighten up and the tooth will become strong, as it should be.
