Dental Health forms a very integral part of our general health. Having good oral health gives us a sense of well-being, self esteem which removes any hindrance while flashing our pearly whites and also grants us freedom from notorious dental problems such as Tooth Decay (Caries), Gum Diseases, Bad breath and Tooth ache.
I think that's also one of the reasons why dental science takes up an entire school of study branched from general medical school in universities.
We need dentist,
But the most important is that we need to protect our teeth carefully
Of course we have to care for our dental health because our teeth is as important as our bones. It is part of our body and the way it looks adds beauty to our physical beauty.
i agree to night sky. teeth adds the beauty to our physical beauty. that's why you have to visit your dentist regularly.
I'd also add that teeth can't heal themselves like other parts of our body. If we don't take care of our teeth, they'll just rot and die. Plus, the better you take care of your teeth, the more money you'll save from not having to have root canals, fillings and dentures.
Yes, I also agree that dental health is very essential and if you think about it in a simpler way - we use our teeth every day to chew food and therefore we can't do without them, so brush your teeth regularly. Smile
